Upastapana is a sacred space of aligning oneself in a complete circle. The art whose origins are traced back in the time from the ancient civilizations of India. We believe in bringing forth the ancient knowledge in modern times. Upastapana offers comprehensive and in depth training in Music and Instruments and yoga from beginners through professional levels.

 Students are trained in the practical aspects of Yoga, Music and Dance. Its history, legend and myths, and philosophy. Emphasis is given to learning both practical and theoretical aspects of the course. The duration of the program depends on the age student starts, student ability and level of commitment.

Admissions: Students will only be admitted into the program with the approval of the artistic director.

Traditionally, new students join on Vijayadasami, Mahashivaratri and Ganesha Chaturthi, on these auspicious days in the Hindu Calendar.

Admissions are accepted 10th-30th of every month and new batches will start on 1st of every month. Students who would like to take 1-1 session classes can join anytime of the month.

Minimum age of joining is 4 years.
